　　 I learned that I was offered a assistantship of $13,000. and a stipend of $8,900. But as I know, the tuition in your university is very high. I don't know whether the offer is enough to cover all the expenses. I would also like to know whether the assistantship of $13,000 can be maintained if I maintain satisfactory records.
