But it is widely noted that some negative effects are brought about by advertisement, especially those of alcohol, tobacco, pornograpghy and sex-and-race-discrimination.

I support the opinion that overflowing advertisement should be properly restricted to moral and legal standard of the general public. It is hard for young men to resist the temptation of those attractive advertisement all the time for they have to keep fashionable even at the cost of money, health and material resources. Many young criminals commit theft, burglar and robbery just for enough money to buy some advertised goods.

In such circumstances, the governments of different nations have implemented strict legislation against harmful advertisement. For instance, however the manufacturers would like to invest, alcohol and tobacco advertisement is banned of appearance in public. And before being issued on the media, the advertisement content ought to be examined carefully.

The restriction on advertisement leads to a clean and orderly world, where young men can lead a clean and healthy life.

For the sake of high rate of entrance to college, many of the leading schools in China nowadays arrange scientific and literary courses for students, such as mathematics, Chinese, English and so on, omitting the physical education. It is a rare phenomenon that young schoolchildren run and play on the playground, because they are kept in the classrooms studying and doing exercices.

In fact, going in for sports every day noy only refreshes children's bodies and gives them an appetizer for meals, but makes them mentally alert too, and ready and eager to engage in the study tasks of the whole day. In addition, a reasonable amount of exercise prepares their bodies for a good night's sleep, which is ready for the next day's study. On the other hand, lack of exercise leaves body sluggish and mind dull during the day, decreasing the efficiency of study otherwise.

Moreover, in the course of the adolescence's growing up, they especially need a great amount of physical exercise to reinforce their health, animate their minds, and release their extra energy to stay sound and in balance. Only in this way do thay grow up tall, strong and fast-witted.

All in all, I insist that schools should stress the statue of the physical education for the maturity of the youth and by extension for the future of the nation.

The great advances in science and technology have brought about dramatic changes in human being's life and work style, especially from computers and Internet.

First of all, they have made our lives more comfortable and healthier. In addition, they have eased the burden of work for most people and provided them with more leisure opportunities, while at the same time increasing productivity dramatically.

Nevertheless, it cannot be denied that technology has some negative side-effects. It has been widely noted that with the growing use of computers and calculators, the level of literacy and mathematical ability of people is dropping, who have little incentive to check spelling, grammar and calculation for themselves. Also, the availability of Internet and modern telecommunication instruments encourage an unhealthy, sedentary lifestyle, not to mention the popularity of pornographic websites which does mental health harm.

Another aspect of this issue is that technology may be good or bad depending on how we use it. For instance, dynamite may be used to make road construction easier, or it may be used to kill people. Again, nuclear reactors can supply huge amounts of cheap electricity, but if they are carelessly handled they cause devastating pollution.

We can conclude that the progress of science and technology has both positive and negative effects. What we must do is to make sure that the positive ones are encouraged and the negative ones are eliminated as far as possible. Among other things, this means, that adolescence is warned neither to let computers do all their work nor to surf on harmful websites of Internet.

Although I have told it to police, I firmly request you to take some effective measures to avoid another occurence of such misfortune. Failing that, I have to move elsewhere and request compensation regarding this incident.

It is really uneasy to be parents in current modern societies. Parents are forced to balance the demand of their careers and the upbringing of their children. So some people say that it is the best way to keep a parent at home focus on breeding and educating children,I disagree in such issue at all.

Indeed it is to everyone's convenience to keep Mom or Dad at home, as long as the other one makes enough money to feed the whole family. While, as is often the case, with the continuing increase of living cost and tuition fees, a parent is usually hard to maintain all the family members by one's own endeavours, not to mention spare energy to educate the child.So the abovementioned suggestion is unrealistic to the majority of the people.

Moreover, a child is unable to learn basic knowledge just alone at home with his parent such as how to communicate with others and react to the world outside, etc. Children are best educated among their likes in kindergartens and schools, which play the role of qualified educators.

Besides, it is too much at the cost of quitting one's career and lose the touch with his or her community and then fall behind, especially unfair to those who are skilled in their occupations. And how long would a child stay at home at most?

To conclude, I insist that either of parents not stay at home as a full-time housewife or "househusband". He or she can efficiently cultivate children well while pursuing a career.An active and successful parent is the best model for his child to learn from。
