23.An original letter from my father's company detailing his position, salary and other forms of income received and the date of commencement

24.A copy of my father’s recent salary slips

25.Official certification of deposit

26.A photocopy of bank slip

28.Four (04) completed self adhesive name and address labels in Chinese characters

29.Four (04) passport sized photographs

30.Notarial certificate of no-criminal record
